I’ve been meaning to do a Shein haul for a while now because I kept seeing bloggers and Youtubers review their hauls and was intrigued by these super cheap and seemingly quality items of clothing..
I’ll be honest when I say that I didn’t have high expectations of Shein. The website looks quite suspicious and it always seems to be having a flash sale. However, after seeing so many lovely clothes on Instagram I was keen to at least try it for myself..
How long did it take to arrive?
It took about 2 weeks for my Shein clothes to arrive. This might seem like a really long time but I was expecting that, considering other reviews had warned me of this timeframe. Two weeks also isn’t too bad considering the price of the clothes and the fact they give you free shipping with every order over £40.
When they arrived I was surprised to discover that the overall quality of the clothing was quite high. The trousers, for instance, were great and I have no complaints for the price I paid. They have proper pockets (which is rare!) and the material feels nice and durable. Ok, so they aren’t exactly cashmere luxury, but for less than £12 I would definitely buy trousers from Shein again. The velvet body was also incredible considering how cheap it was, even if it was a little on the small side. The only let down was the jumper as it felt cheap and was really oversized.
How Did They Wear?
I was equally surprised to find that the clothes have worn really well since I bought them. Sometimes cheap clothes fall apart in the wash, but so far they’ve kept their shape and overall quality!
